Location 1: McConnell Family Stadium - ~1pm –4pm
The Gannon Students, Faculty & Staff are invited to view the solar eclipse at the McConnell Family Stadium. Weather permitting, Gannon Staff/Faculty will be providing a safe, educational viewing experience. Solar eclipse glasses will be provided as well
as the opportunity to view the eclipse through high powered telescopes and specially designed large format viewing windows.

Location 2: Friendship Green - ~1:30 pm -3:30 pm
The Gannon Students, Faculty, staff and community are invited to view the solar eclipse on Friendship Green. Weather permitting, Gannon Staff/Faculty will be providing a safe, educational viewing experience. Solar eclipse glasses will be provided as well

Location 3: Experience Children’s Museum - ~1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Gannon Staff/Students from the School of Education will be providing a safe, kid-friendly viewing experience for the community. Weather permitting, solar eclipse glasses will be provided as well as the opportunity to view the eclipse through specially
designed large format viewing windows.

Location 4: Leadership Christian Academy - ~1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
As one of the engineering teams of the Nationwide Eclipse Balloon Project (NEBP) funded by NASA, Gannon faculty, staff and students from the School of Engineering will be launching a high-altitude weather balloon to capture the eclipse from near space
on real-time video and live broadcast on YouTube.
Gannon Staff/Students from the School of Engineering will be on site for a balloon launch.
