Admission Requirements for Freshman level
- Respiratory care is a four-year program, and any
freshman who wants to apply should have a minimum cumulative high school Grade
Point Average of 2.5
- Prospective student must have completed
following 16 Academic Units at the high school level with Grade ‘C’ or better.
- Four units of which must be English.
- Four units of Social Science.
- Four units of Mathematics including Algebra.
- Four units of science including Biology and
Chemistry with labs.
- A student must have official transcripts from
high school.
Note: International
Students need to have a letter of Recommendation for consideration into the
program.
Admission Requirements for Transfer students
- Cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or more.
- Considering the Respiratory Care curriculum,
transfer students can only be accepted at the highest level as a sophomore.
This will require a student to remain at Gannon for three years.
- Decision of any credit transfers will be
determined by the University after reviewing the transcripts.
