Hello and welcome to my faculty page :)

I am currently an Associate Professor for the Villa Maria School of Nursing. Prior to becoming an educator I have worked in a variety of settings as a nurse...that is the beauty of our profession, it can and does lead you into a myriad of career paths! During my Masters preparation it became more and more evident that teaching in a professional nursing program was to be my destiny, which led me to my current position at Gannon University. This journey culminated with the attainment of a PhD in Nursing Education and Administration.

I have varied hobbies, and it includes travel, and spending time with my 2 children. American History, Military History, and Health Policy are my true untold passions. Somehow, even in my healthcare/nursing lectures I can always find a way to inject a little history and health policy!

So welcome to Gannon University and if I can answer any questions please contact me.
