Vishal Arghode

Dr. Vishal Arghode is an Associate Professor of Management at Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business, a position he has held since August 2023. He earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 2013.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Arghode served at IIM Nagpur in India from 2019 to 2023, where he specialized in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. His research has been published in prestigious journals, and he has received multiple Emerald Literati Awards for his contributions to the field. Additionally, he has presented at major conferences, including the Academy of Management and the Academy of Human Resource Development.
