Dr. Blair Carsone is a licensed occupational therapist with over 9 years of experience in pediatrics and adults. She specializes in sensory processing, sensory-based feeding, and mindfulness. Her clinical practice includes work in outpatient, school-based, hospital, and skilled nursing settings. Currently an assistant professor and the Doctoral Capstone Coordinator at Gannon University's Department of Occupational Therapy, Dr. Carsone provides instruction in the entry-level doctorate program. Dr. Carsone is the Pi Theta Epsilon advisor. She provides consulting services specific to documentation, problem solution, program development, therapist training, and innovative practice development. Her research focus includes autism, sensory processing, and Beery VMI.
