I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree from PennWest University in Early Childhood and Special Education, and I hold a Master of Education Degree in Reading. Recently, I completed the Principal Certification Program at Gannon University. Over the past 10 years, I have been dedicated to teaching in a rural Erie County school district. My roles have included serving as a Reading Interventionist for grades 3-4, an Emotional Support teacher, and currently, a 4th grade math/science teacher, which has been my most rewarding position thus far. The 2024-2025 fall semester marks my debut as an adjunct professor at Gannon University.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, creating handmade earrings, being outdoors, trying new foods, watching sunsets at the beach, and immersing myself in a good book. I love trying new activities and am currently learning to play golf!
I am thrilled to become a part of the Gannon community and am eager to engage with and support my students on their educational journeys. I hope to inspire and empower future educators, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to make meaningful impacts in their classrooms and learning communities.
