My name is Keith A. Hardner. I received my B.A. degree in Sociology and my M.S. degree in Guidance and Counseling from Gannon University. I am an instructor in the Criminal Justice Program.  I was previously employed in the Juvenile Probation Department, serving 22 of my 31 years in  supervisory positions of Intensive Probation, Special Programs Director and Juvenile Court Administrator. I received a Commendation for an" at-risk" situation in 1988 and a Law Enforcement award from the District Attorney’s office in 1996. I retired in 2004 to accept my current Instructor position at Gannon University. I am married, have two married sons and two grandkids. Aside from Gannon, I have worked on 10 construction / re-modeling jobs with my sons and nephew.

I play on a slow pitch softball team and help coach a middle school basketball team. I attend and support numerous Gannon athletic team sports.
