Dr. Benyawarath ‘Yaa’ Nithithanatchinnapat is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the Dahlkemper School of Business, Gannon University, with expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT). With a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Washington State University, Dr. Nithithanatchinnapat blends academic research with practical experience, having served at institutions like Penn State and The World Bank.
