David M. Renne

  • Instructor (priest)
    Philosophy/Theology Department

Born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, I am a life-long native of western PA. I was blessed to attend  Sts. Cosmas and Damian Parish Grade School and it was there there that I first encountered God calling me to serve Him as a priest. I was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of Erie in 2013 by Bishop Lawrence Persico and have served as parocial vicar at Our Lady of Peace Parish as well as vice-rector of St. Mark Seminary. I feel tremendously blessed to share tenets of the Catholic faith with Gannon students as well as form future priests in my seminary ministry. I am also privileged to serve the community at St. Peter Cathedral.
