Transfer Checklist

Submit a Transfer Application

Submit either a hard-copy application, Common Application, an online application to the Office of Admissions. If you are completing a hard-copy application, please also complete the Transfer Recommendation Form which must be submitted by you to the college/university/institution you most recently attended or are currently attending.

Request Transcripts

Request that every college/university/institution you attended send official transcripts to the Office of Admissions, Gannon University, 109 University Square, Erie PA 16541. If you have completed less than 30 college credits or are applying to a health professions program, please have final official high school transcripts mailed to the above address.

Receive Credit Evaluation Materials

After being accepted to Gannon University, receive your credit evaluation materials from the Registrar's Office.

Submit Enrollment Deposit Form

Submit your Enrollment Deposit Form with payment to the Office of Admissions to confirm your decision to attend Gannon.

Complete a Financial Aid Application

Complete a financial aid application (FAFSA) as soon as possible after October 1 to be considered for need-based financial aid.

After submission of your enrollment deposit, the Transfer Enrollment Advisor will be in touch with you regarding registration
