Dr. Nuk Oden in Gannon's Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program recently attended the Pennsylvania Counseling Association's annual conference accompanied by two groups of students. All graduate students who attended were recipients of a graduate student development grant - while an undergraduate attendee is a McNair Program scholar.

Students presented on Asians in mental health and the barriers to both access and the field of mental health, while another group led a round table discussion on LGBTQ+ identity and integration of spirituality in counseling.
