Located in the Human Performance Lab within the Gannon Recreation and Wellness Center, the KnightAbility Clinic is a pro bono clinic that serves the Erie community
Who We Are
The KnightAbility Physical Therapy Clinic offers a pro bono clinic to the people of the Erie community. The goal of this clinic is to provide necessary physical therapy services to individuals who do not have the opportunity to benefit from physical
therapy due to many reasons such as financial constraints, insufficient insurance, or a general lack of access to healthcare services. The clinic's focus is to rehabilitate individuals to restore their functional abilities based off their needs. Our
students and faculty are knowledgeable, service-oriented, collaborative, reflective practitioners who render evidence based, independent judgements concerning patient/client needs by virtue of critical thinking, commitment to lifelong thinking, and
ethical values. Both the Doctor of Physical Therapy students and faculty possess the intellect, psychomotor proficiency, and core values to meet the needs of patients.
