Several of the programs in the College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences are accredited and meet the highest national standards. The college holds the following accreditations:

• The Clinical Mental Health Program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)
• The Social Work Program is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) at the baccalaureate level
  
• The School of Education is accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
