The Gannon University Alumni Association engages and connects alumni to the University and to one another.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Gannon University Alumni Association shall be to promote the volunteer services of alumni in support of Gannon University's mission, policies and strategic plan as defined by the Trustees and President of Gannon University.
Alumni Board
The Alumni Board of Directors are volunteer members who provide leadership for the Gannon University Alumni Association, representing the whole alumni body at Gannon and serving as an advisory board to the University’s Alumni Services Office. Bylaws regulate
the activities of the board and the various alumni regions.
A member of the Alumni Board is chosen to hold the position based on demonstrated involvement, support and commitment to Gannon University and its alumni (Gannon University and Villa Maria College). In accepting the three-year term appointment, a Director
agrees to fulfill the requirements and meet the responsibilities associated with board membership. Regional Coordinators support the board's goals in the strategic plan.
Who is a member of the Alumni Association?
Any person who has completed at least one semester at Gannon University or any of its predecessor educational institutions, including Villa Maria College, Gannon College, and Cathedral College, is automatically a lifelong member of the Alumni Association
There are no dues associated with membership to the Alumni Association.

If you are interested in joining the Alumni Board or attending a Alumni Board meeting as a guest, or perhaps you are interested in a more short-term commitment such as sharing your suggestions, volunteering on a reunion committee, organizing or participating
