Beyer Cafeteria
An “all you care to eat!” atmosphere focused on cook-to-order style. Some of the items at the cafeteria include signature entrees, pizza & pasta bar, grilled selections, soup & salad bar, deli, bakery, and cooked to order stations topped off with a dessert
bar that includes eight types of ice cream.
Beyer Cafeteria will be moving to reusable to-go containers in lieu of
disposable plastic containers.
Doc's Landing Food Court
Located in the Waldron Campus Center, Doc's Landing now offers a build your own fresh dough, cauliflower, and flatbread pizzas, fresh baked goods, and homemade soups. A cooked to order Bonfire Grill is open daily with a variety of breakfast sandwiches,
chicken sandwiches, burgers, BLT's and steak sandwiches, just to name a few. Also, stop in to try our new globally inspired rice bowls that are available on our grill! All bowls are available on meal plan.

With a location in the A.J. Palumbo Academic Center, this concept features an upscale coffee bar specializing in drinks made to order, including cappuccinos, lattes, espresso beverages, and we proudly serve Starbucks. Homemade soups, made to order breakfast
sandwiches and Chef Fresh sandwiches, salads and desserts are available daily. We also serve a hot daily special and freshly made baked goods with bagels from Jo's Brooklyn Bagels in Erie, PA.
