The community has Resident Assistant student staff, a live-in professional staff member, and a live-in Resident Campus Minister ready to serve students in their transition to Gannon.
There are numerous lounge areas within Finegan Hall for student study and recreation. The lounge in the main lobby sports a large screen TV, complete with video game consoles and games, a billiards table, a ping pong table, board games, various vending
machines, a print station, and lots of comfortable furniture for student programs and gatherings. Each floor also has two lounges: one which is used primarily for quiet study, and another used primarily for socializing.
Every resident of this community lives in a two-person room that is fully furnished, including a micro-fridge to be shared by both students. There are multiple wash rooms per floor that residents share.
