Conveniently located across the street from important administrative offices and Nash Library, as well as directly over the Health and Counseling Center and Police & Safety, residents here have everything they need at their fingertips.
Apartments come fully furnished, with kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), bathroom(s) and a sliding glass door to a small balcony patio where residents can enjoy Erie's world-famous sunsets. The eighth floor boasts a lounge space with amazing views of the city and Presque Isle Bay.
