North Hall
North Hall (143 W 4th St.) is a suite-style first-year only residence hall focused on bringing students together and connecting them to resources. The building is co-ed with single-gender suites accessed by Gannon ID card.
The community has Resident Assistant student staff, a live-in professional staff member, and a live-in Resident Campus Minister ready to serve students in their transition to Gannon.
The main lobby boasts billiards, ping pong, board games, a print station and a convenience store. The first and second floors have large lobbies including full kitchens, fireplaces, study tables, lots of comfortable lounge furniture, as well as laundry rooms. The building also has its own workout room. Floors three through five each have two lounges on either end of the hall: one set up for study, the other socialization.
Suites can vary in size and configuration, with a combination of single and double bedrooms in suites of two-to-five residents. Each suite comes with a 12-cubic foot refrigerator and microwave in the common living space.
