Returning Student Halls and Apartments

    • Freeman ApartmentsFreeman is a three-story building divided into two stacks containing a total of 24 four-person apartments and 1 two-person apartment.
    • Harborview ApartmentsHarborview is a unique building housing upperclass students in a variety of 2-, 3-, and 4-person living arrangements as well as several tenants.
    • Kenilworth ApartmentsKenilworth is a unique building consisting of four stacks with two apartments on each of the three floors.
    • Lubiak ApartmentsLubiak is a three-story building divided into two stacks containing a total of 24 apartments and 1 two-person apartment.
    • Walker ApartmentsWalker is a small community right in the center of the action, directly across the street from all the events going on at the Waldron Campus Center, including the Hammermill Center, one block from Perry Square and Downtown Erie.
    • Wehrle HallWehrle Hall is a traditional style residence hall consisting of three "T" shaped floors. The building is co-ed with each floor designated as male or female.
    • West HallEvery room in West Hall is a single room. Each room has central air conditioning and its own vanity sink with common bathrooms shared by those on living within each wing.
    • Wickford ApartmentsWickford is a co-ed upperclassman building, with apartments housing one through five residents each.
    • West Eighth Street PropertiesThese recently-renovated one- to three-person apartments house many students in graduate and undergraduate/graduate combined program
    • 301 West 5th StreetThis home has been converted into five single-person apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom.
    • 632 Sassafras StreetThis building consists of one- and two-person apartments and is located directly next to the Schuster Theatre and across the street from the Nash Library.
    • Catholic HouseThe Catholic House is an intentional faith-sharing community on Gannon's campus that hosts many events with Campus Ministry.
    • Individual PropertiesThese properties, housing between two and eight residents each, are associated with affinity groups, including athletics teams, student organizations and department majors.
    • South Hall

      South Hall boasts four floors of single- and multi-student suites. The hall’s 95 residents experience private bedrooms and bathrooms as well as shared living spaces.
