Walker (701 Peach St.) is a small community right in the center of the action, directly across the street from all the events going on at the Waldron Campus Center, including the Hammermill Center, one block from Perry Square and Downtown Erie.
It is a short walk from the A.J. Palumbo Academic Center and Zurn Science Center. The building is co-ed with single-gender apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished, with one or two single bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
